Bayswater Football Club acknowledges the Eastern Football Netball League’s decision to cancel the 2020 season for our senior men, senior women, reserves and under-19’s teams.
The committee will meet in the coming days to discuss what the league’s decision means for future training sessions and the wellbeing of our playing group.
While saddened that there will be no football in our 125th year as a club, we are already looking forward to season…

On this day seven years ago Ben Searle made his senior debut in a big victory for the Waters.
Trav Gordon was the star down forward with four goals while the ever-reliable backline trio of Jayden Murphy, Daniel McLachlan and Hayden Schroeder were named best on ground.
“Searley” has since gone on to play 93 senior matches, including the 2016 premiership – a season in which he was named in the Division 2 Team of the Year.
