Hi Bayswater FC my name is Mark Eisenbise and I will be the senior women’s coach for season 2021.
I am super excited to be a part of the development, culture and future of this strong club. My coaching philosophy can be summed up by one word that it is simple yet very powerful. This one word is deeply embedded in African culture and became more widely known through the trials of the late Nelson Mandela. This word is ‘Ubuntu’, which means ‘I am because we are’ and together we can achieve great things.
A little about me ……
• Previously, I was a senior assistant coach in 2017, before taking up the role as women’s development coach in 2018 for Kew FC in the VAFA league.
• Professionally, I am a Learning and Development practitioner with over 15 years’ experience and I am a highly passionate, dedicated trainer and coach.
• I’m also a certified Personal Trainer I am looking forward to assisting with the strength and conditioning of not just our women’s team, but the whole club.
