Bayswater Football Club is seeking suitable applicants for the coaching role of our senior, reserves and under-19s men’s teams for season 2021.
The club, affiliated with the Eastern Football Netball League, has been ultra-competitive in Division 1 over the past decade, having reached the finals in eight of the past 11 years and having won a senior and reserves premiership in 2016.
We are seeking a playing or non playing coach for the senior role with high standards, strong leadership skills, and a passion to develop all footballers at the club. As such, these skills are considered vital for this role. The suitable applicant must have excellent communication skills, be professional in behaviours, have a mature approach to football and to be able to assist in the continual development of our club as a whole.
The coach we seek must always be a strong supporter of our reserves, under-19s and women’s team coaches to ensure full list management being your number one priority, as well as developing the leaders within the club.
The successful applicant will have strong communication skills on and off the field and will have the ability to work with club administration and coaches, with the focus on nurturing and developing young players so every player on our list has the opportunity to play senior football.
The successful applicant will also be expected to work within our football club administration and work in line with our club values and behaviours.
Having previous senior playing and / or coaching experience is an advantage when applying for this position.
Applications will be accepted in writing with an attached CV and are to be directed to;
