Eastern Football League first division club Bayswater is looking for a football manager, coaches and sports trainers to assist with the 2020 season and beyond.
The football manager position will oversee the on and off-field operations of the football club, specifically, recruitment, retention of players and sponsorship. The successful applicant will possess the following attributes;
· Have a positive attitude and good organisational skills
· Work with coaching staff in the retention and recruitment of players
· Work within a budget
· Communicate with the committee
Applications are also open for the head coaching position of our Under 19s and Women’s team. The successful applicant will possess the following attributes;
· Excellent communication and leadership skills
· Develop and implement player skills
· Build team spirit
· Foster a culture of high performance and demonstrate strong leadership
· Have a positive attitude and good organisational skills.
Applications for the football manager and coaching positions close on 1 October 2019.
Bayswater Football Club is also seeking trainers for the 2020 season. Trainers are rostered to complete some, but not all, of the following sessions;
- Pre-season: training on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
- During season: training on Tuesday and Thursday
- Saturday: home and away matches from April 2020.
This is an opportunity for students studying to be physiotherapists, osteopaths, massage therapists or sports trainers to gain valuable experience in a local community football club. To be successful you will require;
- Level 1 sports trainers certificate (or be working towards obtaining)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Sports massage desirable
- Basic taping techniques, however training courses will be provided.
